First Line Support Engineer
to join our dynamic Services team. This is a
remote position , offering flexibility while working in a fast-paced, global environment. What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for customer issues, diagnosing and resolving problems quickly and efficiently. Use remote tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Log all actions accurately in our CRM system and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements. Collaborate with Global Support, Field Engineers, and Service Managers to deliver outstanding service. Keep your technical knowledge sharp through training and self-study. What We’re Looking For
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Solid understanding of hardware devices and basic electrical/mechanical functions. IT skills including networking, Windows OS, and familiarity with tools like SalesForce and ServiceMax. Excellent communication skills in
English
and ideally
French . Spanish would be a bonus, but not essential. A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a sense of urgency. Why Join Us?
