About
Responsibilities
Provide 100% over-the-phone interpretation for Malayalam-speaking clients.
Handle calls across industries (medical, insurance, financial, utilities, customer service, state courts, etc.).
Work as a freelance interpreter (independent contractor) from home; set your own schedule; 24/7 availability as needed; log on/off through CLI's online portal or landline.
Qualifications
CLI Language Assessment is required.
Interpreting experience is preferred.
You must be eligible to work in the United States (SSN or EIN & Photo ID required) and reside in the United States.
Compensation & Employment Type
Payment is on a per-minute basis and based on minutes spent interpreting on the phone.
Payments issued twice monthly, on the 15th and the last day of the month, via direct deposit.
Independent contractor (freelance) – remote work from home.
Geographic Availability
Currently not recruiting interpreters in New York or California. If you live in NY or CA, please do not apply.
