$80/hr W2 Duration: 12+ months Responsibilities
Configure and maintain CICS system software across multiple environments, including production, test, and Q/A. Customize and support IBM and ISV software products related to CICS, utilizing tools like CPSM and Omegamon. Provide 24/7 support for CICS-dependent applications, analyzing logs, traces, dumps, and traps to resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with technical teams and external support to ensure optimal system performance and availability. Apply performance management techniques to monitor and optimize high-volume transaction environments, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Qualifications
8+ years of experience supporting CICS environments within the insurance or mutual fund industry. Proficiency in programming languages such as Assembler and Rexx is a plus. Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and real-time problem resolution. Experience with performance management tools and techniques to optimize system response times. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support personnel. What’s in it for me?
