Experience working with search technologies such as OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
Hands‑on experience building or integrating AI‑powered product features using LLMs, vector search, embeddings, RAG, or workflow automation
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and modern software release practices
Familiarity with DevOps concepts such as build automation, testing pipelines, environment management, logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting
Comfortable working in Linux‑based environments
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to balance speed, quality, and scalability in a growing startup
Nice to Have
Experience building agentic AI workflows or AI copilots inside SaaS platforms
Familiarity with Claude, MCPs, prompt orchestration, or related AI application patterns
Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tooling
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, server management, and deployment automation
Experience supporting production SaaS environments with observability and incident troubleshooting
Experience in ATS, CRM, HR tech, recruiting tech, or workflow‑heavy SaaS platforms
Familiarity with DigitalOcean or similar cloud environments
