Summary We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented
Senior Project Manager
to lead and manage critical work items for the
Managed Care ,
Claims
and
Financial
functional teams. This role demands proactive ownership of deliverables that are subject to
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) , where missed deadlines or process missteps can result in penalties. The ideal candidate will be a strategic executor who actively drives resolution—not just a passive coordinator.
Your role in our mission
End-to-End Work Item Management: Oversee and track CTNs, Findings, Defects, Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs) across multiple functional teams.
SLA Compliance: Ensure all work items meet SLA timelines and process requirements; elevate risks and blockers early.
Status Oversight: Monitor and validate status updates and assignments to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Active Leadership: Take initiative to drive work items to closure—engaging stakeholders, removing roadblocks, and ensuring follow-through.
Reporting & Communication: Provide timely updates to leadership and stakeholders; maintain dashboards and documentation for transparency.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance workflow and SLA adherence.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or managed care environments.
Strong understanding of SLA frameworks and operational risk.
Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 – $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
