About
Follow My Steps is recruiting for Program Coordinators. This position can be considered for internship credit. Program time lengths vary, but align with the academic school year. This is a remote position, but you are encouraged to visit on site if your program allows. Shifts are flexible, expect 5 -10 hours a week. We are looking for motivated, creative self‑starters that want to bring change to the Springfield (Surrounding Areas) community.
Responsibilities
Program Coordinators will be a liaison between Pioneers & management, providing information/resources to highlight gaps in the program.
Programs have a few monthly deliverables that encompass what our organization does as a whole (Mentorship, Career Skill Development, Financial Literacy).
Leverage relationships in Follow My Steps network to meet program needs.
Meet with Pioneers/management to address program gaps.
