About

Our client, a leading organization in field services industry, is seeking a Delivery Services and Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Delivery Services Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Technician Pipeline Management team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in Field Services Operations, excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a detail‑oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Delivery Services and Operation Specialist
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000
What's the Job?
Maintain an organized, actively managed field technicians pipeline, W9/COI compliance, and licensing and certifications documentation
Execute all onboarding requirements such as agreements, documentation, certifications, and training validation.
Ensure accurate handoffs between Delivery Services, Field Operations, Finance, and Procurement
Track certification and documentation completion; follow up proactively and elevate delays.
Support staffing readiness by confirming technician availability, rates, travel needs, and deployment logistics.
Maintain a ready‑to‑deploy bench of vetted technicians and ensure smooth operational handoffs across departments.
What's Needed?
1–3 years of experience in Field Services coordination, staffing, operations support and scheduling
Must have Field technician or contractor network management
Must have W9 and COI tracking
Knowledge of process‑driven execution in field services environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Strong written communication skills; comfortable with outreach, messaging, templates, and scripts.
Tech‑savvy; familiarity with systems like Asana or project management tools is a plus.
Experience with sourcing, pipeline building, or technician/trade talent communities is beneficial.
