We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Customer Support Coordinator
to assist with client communication, coordinate service requests, and ensure a smooth, well-organized experience from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks in a structured environment.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of support for clients by responding to inquiries, gathering important information, and coordinating scheduling and service details. You will help ensure all requests are handled efficiently, updates are communicated clearly, and records are maintained accurately within internal systems. Your ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks will play an important role in delivering a positive and seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, professional support
Coordinate service requests, scheduling, and confirmations
Gather and organize client information to ensure accuracy
Track requests and follow up on outstanding items
Maintain accurate records within internal systems and digital tools
Communicate updates clearly to ensure clients remain informed
