About
Responsibilities
Handle all incoming customer issues using smart customer‑focused decision‑making skills.
Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer; research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed.
Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills; proper phone and e‑mail etiquette.
Previous customer service experience and comfortable working front of a computer most of your shift.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and training in Salesforce.
Basic proficiency and ability to consult with senior peers on non‑complex projects.
High School Diploma or GED.
Benefits
Temp‑to‑hire with opportunity for growth.
First shift Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm or 9:00 am‑6:00 pm.
Competitive pay $20.00 per hour.
Full benefits package offered upon permanent hire.
