Hourly Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons using provided materials. Manage online classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff. Assist students with technology and course content. Uphold school policies and promote a positive online classroom culture. Qualifications
Minimum Associates degree in Education or related field. Bachelor Degree preferred. Experience with online teaching platforms is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Benefits
