Remote, East Coast preferred Job Description : This position is for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for software used in the title insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be able to assist customers with technical questions relating to the software, diagnose and correct certain computer related technical issues, as well as real estate/title insurance substantive questions. Daily tasks include answering client calls and emails, assisting and troubleshooting any client issues to resolution, testing any software changes and updates, providing software updates to clients, and formatting documents for Underwriters as assigned. Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of sales/customer service. Previous experience in insurance closing and title customer service. Responsibilities: Answering calls and emails from clients regarding software issues/questions Adding and/or removing client logins as well as resetting passwords Document Management – formatting, organizing what is available for clients, delegating who will work on formatting templates, in-house document proofing Scheduling and preforming updates Software testing when applicable Track and manage compliance emails for new updates to our software (rates, forms, etc.) Adding new and revising existing state and underwriter documentation Monitor state and underwriter changes, using the Dev Ops channel to notify when new programming may be necessary for required changes Email Cataloging Skills and Qualifications: Multitasking Proven Ability to be Customer-Focused: Consistently delivering high-quality service Strong relationship building and managing skills Excellent advisory skills to make appropriate recommendations based on client needs and provide advice Demonstrated ability to work within various technology platforms e.g. email, websites, and social media Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to understand application and technological terms/vocabulary Strong presentation and project management skills Ability to deliver complex content in a way your audience can understand Compensation & Benefits:
