Learn More Here:# **Tasks and Qualifications:**Main Job Objectives* Deliver the assigned project scope and tasks by meeting\exceeding our safety, quality, On-Time-Delivery and budget requirements.* To commission controls systems on-site including electrical and PLC software commissioning and to provide support to system test activities and training for the end user* To produce commissioning documentation including, but not limited to, commissioning checklists, tests specifications, Method Statements and Risk Assessments for Automated solutions to BS EN ISO 12100.* To interpret electrical schematics and design input information.* Ensure systems supplied are CE Compliant to the Machinery Directive.* Commission Safety Related Part of the Controls system solutions to the regulations and in accordance with BS EN ISO
13849/13850/60204 etc.Qualifications & Experience:* Educational background in Electrical/Controls Engineering as a minimum* Desirable: Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline* Experience in a similar role* Good understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA development and commissioning software* Hands-on experience with electrical commissioning.* Good understanding of Electrical and Electronic technical manuals & drawings* Good understanding of bus systems* Understanding of distributed control systems desirable not essential* Understanding of automated warehouse desirable not essential* Ability to travel to customer sites for up to 80% of the time, both domestically and internationally.* Full driver’s license to support the travel requirements of the role.* Bachelor or Master degree in EngineeringSpecial Conditions:* Role will require 80% travel to customer sites within the EMEA European region including travel to other Dematic offices or facilities across Europe in the undertaking of duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr
