Position Title:
Sr. Full Stack Engineer (70% backend, 30% front-end)
Location:
Remote - USA
Key Responsibilities
Participates in, design and develop scalable and resilient systems using Java to contribute to continual, iterative improvements for product teams
Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
Produces or contributes to architecture and design artifacts for applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
Identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions
Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Qualifications
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
Hands‑on practical experience in system design, application development, testing and operational stability
Requires experience with the following: React, Java/J2EE, and AWS
Proficient in coding in Java languages
Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
Hands On experience in Private and Public Cloud Platform like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security
Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
Preferred Skills
