This technician sets the tone for safe operations, corrects unsafe practices, escalates systemic risks, and protects HBM from preventable liability. Safety is never sacrificed for speed. Elite / Lead technicians’ model proper chemical handling, equipment operation, and hazard identification at all times.
Core Responsibilities
Independently manage and protect multiple client sites
Maintain full accountability for daily task software accuracy
Communicate regularly with fixed assets at each location
Resolve customer friction professionally and diplomatically
Optimize routes for efficiency and quality
Proactively prevent issues before they become complaints
Mentor technicians and build cohesive team standards
Required Attributes & Qualifications
Proven excellence as a Technician II
Exceptional quality standards and attention to detail
Strong independent judgment
Advanced equipment and chemical mastery
Conflict resolution capability
Professional communication skills
Leadership presence and mentoring ability
Valid driver’s license with strong driving record
