This role is responsible for escalated hardware/software/infrastructure issues for external clients relying on your previous experience and Knowledge Base Articles.
Technical knowledge:
DNS
IP routing
UDP
TCP/IP
VPN
Email Routing
The ability to update, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment is imperative (hard drives, NIC, peripherals).
Strong knowledge of virtual computing, Citrix, and hosted shared desktops and ability to troubleshoot MS OS platforms and web browsers.
