Occupational Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our clinician-owned geriatric rehabilitation practice in Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design and deliver evidence-based interventions, and help older adults maximize safety, independence, and quality of life in their preferred setting. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes using EMR, and actively participate in ongoing professional development within FOX Rehab’s culture of respect, growth, and clinical excellence.
