Provide functional leadership and help solve complex supply chain challenges with implementation support.
Mentor and provide technical oversight to consultants and partners on solution quality, scheduling implementation methods, repeatable architecture patterns, and deployment best practices, while overseeing delegation of configuration tasks.
Collaborate with Product teams on feature gaps, capability extensions, and architectural guidance, influencing roadmap discussions through customer insights and solution best practices.
Support services sales opportunities by articulating solution approaches and value to stakeholders.
Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of broad experience in software implementation consulting within the supply chain planning or execution space, including 3+ years as a solution architect or lead functional consultant for enterprise‑scale supply chain transformation projects.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills; able to guide customer discussions across planners, schedulers, project teams, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑paced, matrixed environments with strong initiative and leadership capabilities.
Advanced problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and guide teams toward deploying high‑quality solutions that align with the intended architectural design.
Proven interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills within cross‑functional teams.
