Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In our inpatient rehabilitation setting, you will evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered recovery. You will educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic culture focused on high-quality patient care and meaningful functional outcomes.
