Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you will evaluate and treat adult patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized, evidence-based care plans that promote functional recovery and safe discharge. Working in a high-quality, nurturing environment, you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, and document progress to support outstanding patient-centered outcomes and strong professional growth opportunities.
