divh2Inside Sales Representative/h2pWe are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to accelerate growth within the Work Truck Solutions business. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing accounts, and driving sales through proactive engagement with distributors, upfitters, and end users. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with sales acumen to convert leads into revenue and support our field sales team in expanding market presence./ppYoull play a key role in pipeline development, quoting, and account management, helping customers find the right solutions to get the job done efficiently and profitably./ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliSales Development Revenue Growth/liulliGenerate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and digital research./liliProactively identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and verticals./liliPrepare quotes, proposals, and pricing packages to support closing sales and growing accounts./liliTrack opportunities and sales metrics in CRM to ensure accurate forecasting./li/ulliAccount Partner Engagement/liulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with OEM, upfitters, and end users./liliServe as the primary inside sales contact for assigned 20s accounts to drive retention and expansion./liliConduct regular outreach to uncover needs, upsell new products, and promote strategic programs./liliPartner with field Territory Managers to execute territory growth plans and close deals./li/ulliProduct Application Expertise/Support/liulliDevelop expertise in Work Truck applications to provide informed recommendations./liliCollaborate with technical resources and product divisions to resolve issues./liliAssist in positioning EnPak, HDI, and Work Truck solutions as differentiated offerings./li/ulliSales Enablement Collaboration/liulliSupport Territory Managers by providing account insights, quotes, and qualified leads./liliFollow up on event, trade show, and marketing-generated leads to convert interest into opportunities./liliUtilize tools such as CRM, DB, and ZoomInfo to uncover market insights and identify new targets./li/ulliOperational Excellence/liulliMaintain data accuracy in CRM and ERP systems for account tracking and forecasting./liliDrive responsiveness and accountability across sales processes and customer communication./liliRecommend process improvements to streamline quoting and opportunity management./li/ulliContinuous Learning Development/liulliPursue ongoing sales training and product knowledge development./liliStay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to enhance selling strategies./li/ul/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulliCurrently pursuing a Bachelors degree; relevant experience considered./lili2+ years preferred in inside sales or business development (industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industry preferred)./liliStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn product applications quickly./liliExperience using CRM and ERP systems for opportunity management./liliExcellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach./liliHighly organized, with strong prioritization and follow-up skills./li/ulh3Key Competencies for Success/h3ulliSales Customer Centric-Driven Mindset Focused on growth, lead generation, and closing opportunities./liliCustomer-Centric Approach Builds long-term, value-based relationships./liliBusiness Acumen Understands customer needs and aligns them with commercial goals./liliCollaboration Influence Works cross-functionally to achieve sales results./liliAccountability Results Orientation Takes ownership of outcomes and performance metrics./li/ulpITW is an equal opportunity employer.
