divh2Service Sales Representative/h2pAutomated Logic is looking for a Service Sales Representative to join our growing team!/ph3About This Role/h3pWe are seeking an established Service Sales Professional supporting various Outside Sales activities and customer relationship management for Automated Logic. Responsible for supporting the companys interests and establishing business relationships to enhance outside sales performance./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliGenerate service contract renewals and support recurring revenue streams./liliIdentify opportunities to offer value-added services, such as remote monitoring, analytics platforms, or system upgrades./liliEducate clients on new products and services within the automation portfolio./liliAssist in onboarding new customers or transitioning from installation to service agreements./liliTrack service contracts, warranties, and maintenance schedules/liliReport on service sales pipeline and forecast revenue./liliDevelop and pursue new sales opportunities through provided leads while expanding sales in existing accounts./liliWork closely with technical teams (engineering, field technicians) to understand service requirements and relay customer needs./liliMaintain accurate CRM while reporting service sales, pipeline and forecast revenue./liliCoordinate with project managers to meet customer expectations./liliCustomer service mindset with a sales-driven approach./li/ulh3Basic Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED./lili3+ Years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC Controls, Lighting Systems, OR Service sales in a technical environment./liliValid Drivers license./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, or technical field./liliTechnical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills./liliStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities./liliAbility to communicate effectively at all levels./liliTeam player and willing to collaborate with others on projects./li/ulh3Pay Range/h3pThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
