About
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track sales performance metrics
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements
Support sales forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting using historical and market data
Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data integrity and scalable reporting solutions
Utilize SQL, Python, and visualization tools to generate actionable insights
Analyze sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and operational efficiency
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions
Present insights and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics
Strong proficiency in SQL
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Grocery, Retail, E-commerce, or Q-commerce industries (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus (preferred)
