Drive end-to-end analytical strategy and delivery
Own standardized regional and global reporting frameworks
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to enable analytics solutions
Manage the regional Power BI environment
Oversee integration of enterprise source systems into reporting architecture
Collaborate cross-functionally to consolidate data and deliver insights
Ensure consistency of reporting by aligning regions to global frameworks
Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, BI, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years in analytics or data strategy
3+ years lead or people leadership experience preferred
Advanced Power BI expertise
Strong SQL (Oracle preferred) and Python skills
Proven leader of high-impact analytics teams
Basic understanding of IT architecture, ETL processes and data flows
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience in a multi-cultural global organization preferred
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
