Reporting to theData & InsightsManager,this roleis responsible forthe development and growth of the marketing,mediaand data monetisation opportunitiesforMusgrave. What you'll be doing: Deliver comprehensive market and campaign analysis by extracting key insights from marketdata, campaign results, customer behaviour, and trends. Demonstrate media campaign effectiveness through correlation of sales & channel data,customer behaviour insights, and online awareness metrics. Be an expert in market trends for relevant categories and leverage insights to proactivelymake recommendations to secure long term Client investments.? Generate clear, actionable, and well-structured bespoke campaign reportsand insightsaimed to fulfildifferent client requirements,leveragingstorytelling skills to make data meaningful. Drive business growth by proactively seeking opportunities to offer Clientsadditionalbespoke Data & Insights solutions.? Generate commercially valuable insights from our channels that support the Elevate business in delivery of its overallobjectives.? Develop insight-driven recommendations that translate data into strategic optimisationinputs at channel, tactic, targeting/audience or ad format, messaging level. Contribute to develop data-driven media strategies that fulfil clientobjectivesandleveragemarketinsights. Develop a library of case studies that highlight the effectiveness ofElevatesmedia propositions and socialise them with relevant stakeholders, including clients. Build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and influencing decisions.? Develop andmaintainbusiness relationships with both new & existing Clients toleverageopportunities.? Work closely with other teams within Elevate and Musgrave to continually improve workflow efficiency.? Learn from other leading players in the retail media industry, so that Elevate can become a best-in-class media and data solutions business in Ireland.? What we are looking for: 3+ yearsdata and insights focused experience in a client facing role within the media industry, or within a marketing department. A third levelqualification in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, STEM,Marketing or Business qualification.? Strong experience with using analytical and data visualization tools (e.g.,Excel,Tableau, Power BI, Lookeretc.).?? Operational experience with SQL, VBA,Pythonor other programming language desirable. Demonstrate an understanding of Media Attribution, other advanced models such as Media Mix Modelling, and T-test implementation is desired Knowledge of online media, the media measurement framework, and experience using online analytical toolsisdesirablebut not essential. Meticulous attention to detail?and critical thinking to analyse, evaluate, interpret, inference and explain media/market data. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a team player, experienced in working under tight deadlines and in dynamic environments. Strong Client service skills and an eagerness to champion their data & insights needs within abusy cross functional working environment.? Commercially astute, with an insatiable curiosity to find key insights that will unlock increased revenue.? Confidence to question and challenge status quo and propose more efficient ways of working. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills that effectively use data storytelling to influence decision-making, explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
