About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Parkway Health and Rehab, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized therapy plans for patients with a variety of medical conditions and injuries. Our PTA's are responsible for conducting evaluations, treating patients, and maintaining accurate records. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a significant impact on their recovery and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our physical therapy team
• Provide physical therapy interventions to patients, including exercises, modalities, and other treatments
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
