Leasing Consultant

Dasmen Residential is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant who will be based out of our Ramsey, NJ Head Quarters and assist with our properties remotely.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct virtual tours and answer questions about property features, availability, and pricing.
• Guide prospective residents through the leasing application process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure all documents are submitted and applications are completed.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the property management system.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to confirm unit availability, pricing, and move-in schedules.
• Assist with resident renewals and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.

Education And/Or Experience:

• At least 2 years of sales experience required.

• Must have an outgoing, engaging personality; must thoroughly enjoy working with the general public.

Salary: $16-$18 plus bonuses
