About
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, understanding and documenting vehicle concerns, recommending needed maintenance and repairs, communicating with technicians, and keeping customers updated throughout the service process.
The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has a working knowledge of automotive service and repair. Previous advisor experience is preferred, but strong customer service experience and the ability to learn are also valued.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with service needs
- Writing repair orders
- Communicating estimates and recommendations
- Following up on repair progress
- Coordinating with technicians and parts department
- Delivering an excellent customer experience
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience required
- Automotive or dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred
- Valid driver's license required
