In this position you will seek out and work closely with prospects to identify their critical needs and opportunity to digitally transform their business. By selling clients the support they need for new technologies and processes you will revolutionize the way your clients' businesses operate and grow.

How You Will Make an Impact
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full-cycle sales process from initial spark to signed agreement. We are looking for a foundational Account Executive who leads by example, someone who can execute today while working collaboratively to build the playbook for tomorrow.
- Own the Full Cycle: Manage the entire sales process, navigating complex buying committees to drive top-line growth.
- Strategize & Prospect: While supported by a growing machine for warm leads and referrals, you will aggressively identify new opportunities through sophisticated outbound outreach using a modern tech stack.
- Consultative Discovery: Deeply understand prospect needs and demonstrate how our platform transforms their specific business workflows.
- Navigate & Close: Lead high-level negotiations on pricing and terms, ensuring alignment between company objectives and client expectations.
- Be the Face of Techvera: Build lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
What You Bring
- 5 years of consultative, full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Experience closing $50K - $200K+ deals with multiple decision makers
- Experience in sourcing your own opportunities
- Highly coachable, flexible, and resilient.
- Motivated, hardworking team player.
- Great communication skills, ability to articulate thoughts clearly and run meetings with potential clients.
- Highly organized; ability to manage multiple deals and projects at once.
What We Love to See
- Familiarity with IT MSP's and Professional Services
- Experience selling into Financial Services, Healthcare or similar industries
- Early adopter of technology; comfortable with augmenting your workflows with AI
Location
- Offices in Denton, TX, Tulsa, OK and NYC
- We are open to remote candidates in the following states: OK, NY, TX, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, MD, MI, MN, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, & VA
Employment Type
- Full-Time | Exempt | Monday-Friday, 8-5 CST / 9-6 EST

- Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 DOE + commission
