NA Account Manager Engineered Polymers

How You'll Make an Impact As an Account Manager you'll play a critical, relationship-focused role responsible for growing, supporting, and strengthening our North America Estane TPU business. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customersdeeply understanding their applications, identifying opportunities for value creation, and guiding them toward solutions that leverage Lubrizol's engineered polymer technologies. The Account Manager will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, expand our presence in key markets, and uncover new opportunities by translating customer needs into actionable growth strategies. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is entrepreneurial, consultative, technically curious, and motivated by building long?term customer partnerships that drive measurable business results.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in account management or business development.

Salary Range: $126,000 $170,000. This range represents a good faith salary estimate for this position. The specific rate will be determined by variables such as education, experience, skill set, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data and may come with additional bonus incentives.
