M&E Manager Residential Project Dublin City Centre €110,000 + Vehicle + Package Lead M&E delivery on a flagship residential apartment development with a top-tier main contractor Background This role is with a leading Irish main contractor delivering a major residential apartment development in Dublin City Centre. Due to continued project expansion and a strong pipeline of high-density residential builds, they are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to take ownership of Mechanical & Electrical delivery on-site. The successful candidate will join an established project team and play a key role in driving M&E coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover across a large-scale multi-block development. Responsibilities Lead all Mechanical & Electrical installation activities on a large residential apartment project Manage and coordinate M&E subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality, and programme-driven delivery Oversee all M&E services coordination with structural, architectural, and other disciplines Chair M&E coordination meetings and drive resolution of technical and installation issues Manage commissioning, testing, and validation of all building services systems Review technical submittals, RFIs, and coordinate design input with consultants and stakeholders Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and health & safety standards Support project handover including O&M documentation and close-out requirements Identify and resolve on-site coordination issues to maintain programme delivery Key Skills Required Proven experience as an M&E Manager, MEP Coordinator, or similar role on large-scale construction projects Strong background in residential, mixed-use, or commercial developments Main contractor site experience essential Solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical building services systems Strong commissioning, testing, and handover experience Excellent coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme performance under pressure Strong technical problem-solving ability in a fast-paced site environment Benefits: Performance Bonus Company Vehicle
