Crew Lead
to support operations due to increased production volume. This role will lead night-shift warehouse activities, coordinate labor, manage inventory flow, and ensure safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Perform pre-picking for next-day outbound shipments Manage night production inventory storage Support raw material inbound operations Organize inventory and optimize location grouping Operate WMS and PDA scanners for inventory accuracy Ensure safety compliance and SOP adherence Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience Forklift operation experience and certification Proficient with WMS and PDA scanners Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ** This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
