Physical Therapist Assistant

Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative and resident-focused therapy team. • Assist Physical Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility interventions
• Encourage residents through meaningful progress and personalized care
• Accurately document services in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team
• Create an encouraging, safe, and motivating environment for all residents

• Active California PTA license
• Prior skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
• Strong communication skills and a positive, resident-centered approach
• Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work well within a team
• A passion for helping residents reach their highest level of independence

• Competitive pay: $45$50/hr
