Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative and resident-focused therapy team. What You'll Do- Assist Physical Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility interventions
- Encourage residents through meaningful progress and personalized care
- Accurately document services in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team
- Create an encouraging, safe, and motivating environment for all residents
- Active California PTA license
- Prior skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
- Strong communication skills and a positive, resident-centered approach
- Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work well within a team
- A passion for helping residents reach their highest level of independence
- Competitive pay: $45$50/hr
