Job Description:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding support Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning goals Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, networking, referrals, and additional sourcing tools Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skill alignment, cultural fit, and overall qualifications Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Utilize ATS systems to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, reporting, and compliance Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring reports Support diversity recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent intelligence Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and leadership teams to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant recruiting work experience Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions and levels Strong experience sourcing candidates through advanced recruiting tools and strategies Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferred experience with Workday Recruiting Demonstrated success in candidate generation, pipeline management, and requisition fulfillment Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & time management Benefits:
