Physical Therapist

LifeBridge Health seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients across varied care settings, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to care planning.
