Driving profitable sales growth across existing and new industrial accounts Leading, coaching, and holding the sales team accountable Building a culture focused on urgency, responsiveness, and execution Developing strategies to penetrate new markets and increase share with existing customers Monitoring quoting activity, margins, conversion rates, and customer retention Working closely with operations, purchasing, transportation, and warehouse teams to ensure execution matches commitments Managing performance metrics and pushing the team to exceed goals Recruiting and developing top sales talent
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in steel, metals, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related B2B industries Strong background in industrial sales and customer development Experience managing sales performance, KPIs, and accountability Ability to handle pressure and operate with urgency Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Competitive mindset with a focus on results, growth, and execution Experience in the steel service center industry is strongly preferred
