Change Manager - Permanent Location: Dublin, County Dublin Type: Full-time | Permanent Abrivia Recruitment is partnering with an organisation in the insurance sector to recruit a Change Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced change professional to join a well-established team delivering strategic business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will report to the Strategic Change Team Lead and will take ownership of supporting and delivering change initiatives across a range of transformation projects. The role involves a mix of hands-on change delivery, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training coordination, and strategic input. Key Responsibilities: Apply structured change management methodologies to support the delivery of effective change initiatives across projects. Develop and implement communication strategies and materials tailored to a range of stakeholder groups. Support training activities, including needs analysis, scheduling, coordination, and adoption planning. Facilitate workshops to capture current processes and work with stakeholders to define future ways of working. Monitor and measure change adoption, providing feedback and support to ensure sustained business benefits. Promote adherence to change management processes and champion the value of effective change delivery across the organisation. Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support customer-focused transformation initiatives. Use data, insights, and emerging tools to identify opportunities to improve change outcomes. Requirements: Recognised change management qualification. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in change management or business transformation. Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Positive, proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to respond effectively to group dynamics. Strong business writing and documentation skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Desirable: Experience working within the insurance sector. Experience supporting customer-centric transformation initiatives.
