Job Description:
Build, maintain, and continuously improve Marketing’s Power BI dashboards, including goal tracking, executive scorecards, and pipeline and attribution reporting Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable data models, metric definitions, and reporting outputs that are clear, accurate, and easy to use Execute and maintain standardized KPI frameworks, ensuring consistent definitions and calculations across all marketing reporting Implement and support multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting, ensuring data is accurately reflected across systems Validate and reconcile data across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, attribution tools, Power BI), identifying and resolving discrepancies Monitor data flows across systems and troubleshoot inconsistencies in partnership with technical teams Document data sources, metric logic, and reporting assumptions to support transparency and scalability Partner cross-functionally to gather requirements, improve data quality, and enhance tracking and measurement capabilities Support improvements to data structure, campaign tracking, and system integrations to increase reporting reliability Prepare executive-ready dashboards and reporting outputs to support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or reporting-focused roles in a B2B environment Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development Strong hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting Familiarity with attribution platforms (specifically Marketo Measure) Working knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo), and marketing data flows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders Experience collaborating cross-functionally and facilitating working sessions with stakeholders Benefits:
