Job Description:
Identify and engage prospective customers within community oncology practices, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and industry events Conduct account research to map key stakeholders, organizational structure, and potential use cases within target organizations Build relationships with leaders across pharmacy, oncology operations, and revenue cycle Run discovery conversations to understand customer needs and position TailorMed's value Qualify opportunities against defined criteria and transition them to the sales team Partner with sales directors to advance qualified opportunities through the sales process Develop and test targeted outreach messaging across email, phone, and LinkedIn to improve engagement and conversion Maintain accurate pipeline activity and opportunity tracking in CRM Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to support demand generation initiatives Share feedback from prospect conversations to inform marketing strategy, messaging, and product development Build deep knowledge of the oncology and specialty pharmacy landscape Meet or exceed pipeline generation and activity targets, including meetings booked and qualified opportunities created Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in a SDR, BDR, or similar pipeline-generation role, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to clinical, operational, and financial buyers A track record of hitting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting goals Curiosity about healthcare and a genuine interest in the patient affordability problem Comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and modern sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.) Self-starter mindset — you're organized, coachable, and energized by ambiguity Bonus: familiarity with oncology, specialty pharmacy, infusion, or revenue cycle workflows Benefits:
