Develop and execute the regulatory and legal strategy to deepen Stedi's relationships with payers. Lead competitive and enforcement matters, defending and advancing Stedi’s interests. Build the legal framework for novel data products that operate in complex regulatory areas. Use legal and regulatory expertise to identify growth opportunities. Own the full scope of legal for a fast-growing company alongside our Head of Legal. Partner directly with the CEO and board on strategic decisions. Requirements:
10+ years of relevant experience between law firms and fast-paced in-house roles. Significant in-house experience, including managing litigations and other disputes, ideally while in a senior legal role at a high-growth company. Deep healthcare experience is strongly preferred. A true generalist who can solve problems across domains, not just within a specialty. Fast. We move quickly and expect legal to keep pace. Commercial and business-oriented. You think like a business leader who wields legal expertise in furtherance of company strategy. JD and membership in at least one U.S. state bar. Benefits:
