Edit high-quality, UGC-style video ads for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cooperation with internal and external teams Contribute to Pre-packaging (title and thumbnail concepts) for your videos Strong written and verbal communication skills Speed and clarity in communication (primarily in Slack) Pay close attention to comments on all channels Record a-roll, b-roll, and other UGC style content from time to time Leverage AI to create concepts from scratch and/or to create new hooks, b-roll, etc. Requirements:
Experience using Adobe Premiere Experience with editing software like Abode Premiere Experience with AI like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude Deep understanding of short form content – hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy Proven success on short form content as the editor for growing accounts A passion for developing eye-catching, enticing creative assets to help drive consumer engagement (CTR, CPA) and positive ROI Analytical skills, basic understanding of paid advertising KPIs Staying on top of trends on the various platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change.
