Job Description:
Creating a positive client journey across a portfolio of Kantata clients Developing long-term relationships with each client to increase adoption and drive advocacy Providing support through multiple channels for international and US-based customers Conducting onboarding and introductory training sessions Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts and internal departments Requirements:
Experience in professional services or fee-for-service businesses Experience in account management, training, and customer support Exceptional organization and time management skills Ability to engage in consultative dialogue with clients Flexibility and adaptability to change in a fast-paced, start-up company environment Benefits:
