Creating a positive client journey across a portfolio of Kantata clients Developing long-term relationships with each client to increase adoption and drive advocacy Providing support through multiple channels for international and US-based customers Conducting onboarding and introductory training sessions Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts and internal departments Requirements:
