About
Deliver high-impact, engaging professional learning for Renaissance users Facilitate professional learning sessions for up to 30 hours per week during peak season (July–October) Facilitate professional learning for up to 20 hours per week during non-peak season (November–June) Customize and deliver on-site and/or virtual product training that meets client needs and exceeds expectations Differentiate training on the spot when needed to ensure high engagement and meeting learning goals Engage in an internal cycle of reflection, feedback, and development (including observations, client evaluations, and coaching) Prepare for training engagements by engaging with Renaissance team members and customizing training materials Document and submit detailed training notes Present a professional image to customers Learn and follow Renaissance processes for preparing, delivering, and post work facilitation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education or related field At least 5 years of professional experience facilitating/delivering professional development Prior experience in K-12 education Experience with educational technology, familiarity with Renaissance products and solutions Experience delivering training across various in-person and virtual modalities, including webinars Deep understanding of engaging adult learning principles Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies quickly High level of attention to detail Proven organizational skills High level of collaboration with internal and cross functional teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately Ability to work independently on tasks, projects, and learning sessions Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Ability to travel and to arrange lodging and transportation Benefits:
