About
Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for a multi-disciplinary DevTestOps team. Track and manage projects focused on integrating Jira, Azure DevOps, and new engineering processes. Coordinate rollout and maintenance of security tooling, ensuring vulnerability remediation is prioritized. Monitor scaling and maintenance of Automation Testing Infrastructure and software build environments. Maintain dashboards for visibility into build health, test coverage, and security posture. Leverage AI to analyze software quality trends and predict potential regressions. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline. Advocate for improvements to unreliable processes. Champion collaboration initiatives between DevTestOps and product development teams. Requirements:
10 to 15 years of experience Expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub/GitLab Knowledge of qTest, Selenium, SPyTest Familiarity with security tools like BlackDuck, Coverity Experience with software build systems (Jenkins/ADO Pipelines), Docker, Kubernetes Coding proficiency in VsCode IDE and Python Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Benefits:
