Job Description:
You will be the introduction to the Consumer Cellular experience. Your energy, curiosity, and the ability to ask the right questions will help uncover customers' needs. By asking discovery questions, you will be able to provide the best recommendations on products and services that fit both their budget and lifestyle. You are able to overcome objections by addressing concerns and highlighting why Consumer Cellular is the smart choice. You’ll recognize the right time to close the sale and add a customer. Maintain accurate records using CXOne and other internal tools. Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (inbound, outbound, or retail) Experience in closing sales and meeting metrics and quotas Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficient in navigating a PC and web browsers Ability to think on your feet, ask the right questions, and close sales A self-starter with a desire to succeed and grow within the company Benefits:
