6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Baltimore area Excellent communication abilities Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or closely related field.
