Lead Associate
The Lead Associate supports store leadership by guiding the sales floor, coaching Associates, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service. This role helps drive sales, uphold compliance, and maintain strong merchandising and inventory standards. Your pay will be $21 an hour.
Sales Leadership & Customer Experience- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering friendly, professional, and compliant customer service.
- Coach Associates in real time on upselling, cross-selling, and effective product recommendations.
- Ensure promotions, specials, and featured products are clearly communicated and executed during each shift.
- Support achievement of store and individual performance goals, including AOV, UPT, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Provide on-shift feedback to Associates to reinforce service standards and sales behaviors.
- Support onboarding and training of new Associates, including product knowledge, customer engagement, register operations, and compliance expectations.
- Serve as a point of support for questions or issues during shifts, escalating concerns to management when needed.
- Maintain professionalism and model company values at all times.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of product offerings, effects, and promotions.
- Assist Associates with accurate product information to ensure customer confidence and compliance.
- Help reinforce ongoing product education and promotional focus across the sales floor.
- Keep displays stocked, clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with floor resets, planograms, and accurate product placement.
- Ensure promotional items are clearly labeled, easy to locate, and aligned with current sales initiatives.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and spot checks as assigned.
- Support delivery intakes by verifying quantities, products, and required compliance documentation.
- Ensure all inventory-related forms, logs, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Follow all inventory handling, storage, and reporting procedures to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Support leadership in identifying and addressing inventory discrepancies.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compliant environment for customers and team members.
- Build trust with customers through a positive, knowledgeable, and supportive approach.
- Reinforce adherence to state regulations and company policies throughout daily operations.
