Data Scientist
with a strong background in marketing measurement, causal inference, and experimentation. You will be responsible for building data-driven products, formulating scientific visions, and delivering significant business impact through complex analytical projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to measure channel effectiveness and optimize budget allocation. Build and refine CLV models to inform acquisition targeting and retention strategies. Design and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments (e.g., geo holdouts, synth-controls) to measure incremental lift. Partner with marketing teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for creative and channel mix. Work alongside ML engineers and business stakeholders to deploy measurement solutions into production. Basic Qualifications PhD, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. 3+ years of experience building ML models or developing algorithms for business applications. Proven experience with A/B testing, difference-in-differences, and propensity scoring. Familiarity with cloud computation tools and proficiency in

R . Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience specialized in marketing measurement models (MMM, CLV, Multi-touch Attribution). Experience designing and analyzing large-scale geo-experiments. Track record of publications in top-tier peer-reviewed journals or conferences (e.g., KDD, ICML, NeurIPS). Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
