Role Description The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for members and events. Responsibilities include planning and designing menus, supervising kitchen staff, managing food inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with the management team to deliver a premier dining experience aligned with the club’s culture and expectations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hobe Sound, Florida.
Qualifications Culinary expertise in creating and executing diverse, high-quality menus with an emphasis on flavor and presentation Leadership skills to manage and mentor kitchen staff, foster teamwork, and ensure smooth kitchen operations Strong organizational and management skills for inventory control, meal planning, and cost management Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in a professional kitchen setting Ability to adapt to special dietary requests and create personalized dishes when needed Experience working in member-focused or private club environments is a plus Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary institution preferred Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a focus on providing superior service
