Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 10+ years of hands on experience as a Software, Systems, or DevOps Engineer Strong experience with AWS, including cloud native design and integrations Ability to build serverless solutions using AWS Lambda (Node.js or Python), DynamoDB, and related services Proficiency with DevOps automation using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools Experience with Jenkins, including building and maintaining declarative CI/CD pipelines Strong UNIX/Linux skills and shell scripting experience Hands on experience with Docker and containerized development/deployment Experience with Contact Center or telephony systems (IVR, ACD, CTI) is a strong plus Experience with Amazon Connect is highly desirable Strong troubleshooting skills for complex application and platform issues Familiarity with APM tools and performance monitoring best practices Understanding of enterprise scale, highly available, and resilient architectures Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) A self-starter mindset with curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for continuous learning Skills: Ansible Jenkins Linux Node.js Terraform Unix Telephony Employment Practices: EEO, ADA, FMLA Compliant VLink is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated.
