Leasing Coordinator

The Role: As a Leasing Coordinator, you will serve as a compassionate guide for seniors and their families. Working closely with our Leasing Counselors, you will support marketing and leasing efforts and help families navigate the transition to senior living with a prospect-centered, sales-focused approach.

What You'll Do:

• Direct Engagement: Conduct tours, home visits, and creative, personalized follow-ups (calls, emails, and appointments).
• Team Strategy: Participate in daily meetings to plan outreach and prepare for prospective resident interactions.
• Sales Tech: Update and manage sales activity and inventory tracking in the Sherpa CRM.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with department heads to ensure a "best-in-class" experience for every visitor.
• Professional Support: Assist with lease paperwork and the creation of marketing/sales collateral.

Qualifications:

• Education: College degree preferred (current students in relevant fields encouraged to apply).
• Experience: Background or interest in sales, marketing, communications, or senior living is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRMs like Sherpa is helpful.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy and compassion.

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Hours: This is a part-time position.
• Flexibility: The standard schedule is 20 hours per week, but we are open to expanding up to 30 hours per week for the right candidate.
• Availability: Includes weekend and holiday hours as needed.

Position wage: $20.00/hour

Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of St. Louis, MO (63124) and be able to reliably commute to the community. Please note that relocation assistance is not available.
